Sandra Sears Wright, 53, of Pilgrim Road, Ellenboro died Monday, August 20, 2018 at Hospice at Wendover, Shelby. Born in Venezuela, she is the daughter of Gloria Moreira Sears of Ellenboro and the late James Ray Sears. She was a former employee of the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office, operated her own home cleaning service and was a graduate of Isothermal Community College BLET program. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Forest City.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband Eddie Wright of the home; son; Dustan Haney and wife Sammie of Old Fort, NC, daughters, Danielle "Nel" Haney of Rutherfordton and Angela "Sissy" Williams and husband Don "GF" of Birmingham, AL; a brother, James Sears of Cosa Grande, AZ and sisters, Shirley Rich of Forest City and Sharon Sears of Ellenboro; and grandchildren, Aaron, Scarlett, L.J., Diamond, Boots, Zay, and Maury.

The family will have a time of Remembrance and Celebration of her life from two until four o'clock Saturday, August 25, 2018 at The Padgett & King Mortuary & Crematory. An online guest registry is available at www.padgettking.com.
