Sandra Herring Obituary

Sandra Kay Herring, age 53, died Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at Deer Park Health and Rehabilitation in Nebo where she was a resident. She was born on May 25,1968, in Cleveland County, North Carolina and in previous years was a client of the Rutherford County Vocational Workshop. Sandra was also a member of the Church of The Exceptional. She was a loving and giving person and brightened the lives of all those that knew her. She was loved in return by so many people.

Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Sonny Herring, and her sister, Vickie Jones.

Survivors include her mother, Betty Glascoe Herring of Elizabethtown, North Carolina, her brother, Bobby Herring of Elizabethtown, her sister, Cathy Herring Silvers of Forest City, her aunt Shirley Link of Joplin, MO, and three nieces.

No formal services are planned.
