Sally Ann Duncan

Sally Ann Duncan, age 74 of Forest City died Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Henderson Care Center.  Sally was born on June 20, 1951, in Mentor, Ohio and was a daughter of the late John and Marion Clooney Ozinga.   She was a Registered Nurse working in both hospital and clinical work.  In recent years she was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband of 14 years, Charles Duncan of the home, her daughter, Kim Dellinger of Morganton, NC, and step-son, Brandon Duncan of Asheville, her brothers, John Ozinga of Ohio and Donald Ozinga of Tennessee, as well as her grandchildren, Caleb and Josuah Ozinga and Jasper and Everland Ozinga.

No service is planned.
