Donald Ray Alley, age 67 of Forest City died Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at Hospice House of Forest City. Ray was born on October 29, 1955, in Rutherford County and was a son of Junior Alley of Forest City and the late Doris Arrowood Alley.
He was a self-employed musician and he loved music as well as teaching guitar. He was raised in the Crestview Baptist Church.
Survivors include his father, Junior Alley, his wife, Karen V. Alley of the home, stepson, Michael Weissmiller of Texas, his brother, Dean Alley and wife Shirley of Forest City and one step-grandson, William Weissmiller.
Services are private for the family.
