Leslie Mechelle Neal, age 49 of Forest City died Monday, May 8, 2023 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center. Leslie was born on May 7, 1974 in Cleveland County and was a daughter of Margie Butler and the late Charlie Robbins.
Surviving are her children; Megan, Amber, Jessica, and James Cody Neal. In addition to her children, she is survived by six grandchildren.
