Charles Keith Price, age  68 of Forest City died Thursday at his home.  He was born on June 5, 1956 in Rutherford County and was the son of the late Bill and Dorothy Jones Price.  

Keith, as he was best known to his family and friends was the owner and operator of Ware's Body Shop in Forest City for many years until his retirement in 2019. Ware's Body Shop earned a reputation for their quality work and excellent service.  Keith loved restoring and collecting vintage and newer cars and he enjoyed his personal collection.  He also was a motorcycle enthusiast and he enjoyed riding in years past. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Price Sigmon.

Survivors include his wife, Kim Gurley Price of the home, his son, Brandon Price, his daughter, Heather Hutchinson, and two sisters, Connie Price Blanton and husband Don, and Billie Price Morehead and husband Dane.  

There will be an informal gathering of family and friends from 5 until 7 o’clock  on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at The Padgett and King Mortuary.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
