Juanita Dobbins Randall, age 93, died Saturday, May 23, 2020 at Fairhaven Home in Bostic. She was born in Rutherford County on December 9, 1926 and was a daughter of the late Chalmer and Lucy Walker Dobbins.
Juanita was a longtime resident of the Washburn Community where she was active in community affairs and was a faithful member of Salem United Methodist Church. She was a former member of the Choir, was a Sunday School Teacher and had served on various committees in the church. Juanita worked for many years for Tanner Companies in the showroom where she retired. She was devoted to her family and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Her husband, James William “Jim” Randall preceded her in death as well as her siblings.
Survivors include her son, James Aaron Randall and wife Janice of Inman, South Carolina, her daughter, Peggy Randall Arnold and husband Tommy of Fayetteville, North Carolina as well as five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 3 o’clock Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery with Reverend Sam Burleson officiating. Her body will lie in state from 1:30 until 2:30 Saturday in the sanctuary at Salem United Methodist Church for those that wish to pay their respects.
