Jacalyn A. Roche, age 74 of Old Church Street, Mooresboro, died Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at her home. Jackie as she was known, was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 25, 1946 and was a daughter of the late George and Georgia Vizard. She was a retired educator having taught high school for many years and was a member of Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Forest City.
Survivors include her daughters, Deirdre Reeves (daughters Abigail, Angelica, Alexandria, Adrienne, and Aubrey) Julie Krater (husband Todd and sons Connor, Liam, and Gavin) Amy Tanascu (husband Michael and daughter Stephanie Grams (husband Ryan and sons Maxwell and Maverick), her sons, Patrick Roche (wife Heather and daughters Kyra and Maxine), Mark Roche (wife Staci and sons James, Jackson and Nathaniel) and Eric Roche, sister, Michelle Triwish, and Cousin, Carol Kryzsko.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 1o o'clock Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in the Chapel. The Mass will be celebrated by the Reverend Father Herbert Burke.
