FREDERICK ANDERSON PEASLEY

On Saturday, January 16, 2021, Frederick Anderson Peasley, 73, went to be with the Lord. 

Fred was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He spent 20 fulfilling years working at his local Walmart. Although he held many positions, his favorites were the ones where he could interact with and help others. 

His altruistic spirit was evident in his work and in his personal life. He selflessly supported causes and those in need and also spent many years supporting his local pregnancy counseling center by volunteering his time and money to support mothers and babies in crisis. Fred was loved by many, many people and will dearly be missed by all. 

He is survived by his wife Michele, his two daughters, Meredith and Lauren, and four grandchildren. 

An outdoor celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 11  o'clock in the morning at The Padgett and King Mortuary on the Chapel Lawn. Social distancing and masks are required. The service will be livestreamed on the Padgett and King facebook page starting at eleven o'clock.
