Frances Padgett Obituary
Frances Campbell Padgett, 88, of Rutherfordton, died January 8, 2021 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.
Born in Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Onslo Campbell and Lillie Mae Ingle Campbell and widow of the late Julian Edward Padgett.
She was a registered nurse for twenty-two years having worked as an industrial nurse for Spindale Mills and also at Rutherford Hospital.
Frances was a member of Mountain Creek Baptist Church, Rutherfordton and loved porcelain, jewelry and flowers.
Survivors include her son, Joey Padgett of Rutherfordton, NC, a brother, Bill Campbell of Morganton, NC; a sister Barbara Rosenmarkle of Spindale, NC; grandchildren, John Padgett, Justin Padgett, Julie Nicholson, and Jessica Vohn; and two great grandchildren, Clara Ruby Vohn and Jake Vohn.
No formal services will be held.
