Donna Kay Stephens, age 94, of St. Augustine, Florida, died Monday, October 14, 2024, at the home of her granddaughter in Forest City. She was born on August 11, 1930, in Jacksonville, Florida and was a daughter of the late John Patrick Middleton and Vada Fae Carpenter Middleton.
Donna was a dedicated social worker and civil rights activist, as well as, a tireless volunteer in numerous civic organizations, including the St. Augustine Archaeological Association.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Stephens, and a son, Lowell Stephens.
Survivors include her son, Patrick Stephens, and daughter, Kate Carter. There are 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
