Deborah Elizabeth Morrow Kimbrell, age 66 of Ellenboro died Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. Deborah was born September 2, 1951 in Rutherford County and was a daughter of the late James Monroe and Annabelle Melton Morrow. She was a lifelong Baptist and was a loving mother, grandmother and devoted sister. Deborah also enjoyed music and especially listening to oldies music. She was preceded in death by her brothers, James Morrow, Jr., Ronnie Morrow and Ray Morrow.
Survivors include her son, Timothy Kimbrell and wife Angel of Ellenboro, grandchildren, Lainey, Madison and Carley, brothers, Talmadge Morrow of Forest City, Bobby Morrow of Ellenboro, John Morrow of Bostic, sisters, Beverly Gordon of Sandy Mush, Lillian Coffey of Forest City, Lisa Brooks of Ellenboro, Teresa Panther of Forest City and Joy Brooks of Ellenboro, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at three o'clock Friday in The Padgett and King Chapel with Reverend Sam Henderson and Reverend Johnny McCarty officiating. Interment will follow in the Morrow Curve Cemetery, Bridges Drive, Forest City. Visitation will be from 1:30 until 2:45 Friday at Padgett and King prior to the service.
The family will be at the home of her son, Tim Kimbrell in Ellenboro.
