Danny Johnson Obituary

Danny Ray Johnson, age 60, died Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at Henderson Care Center where he was a resident. Danny was born on October 2, 1960, in Burke County and was the son of the late Rose Johnson. Danny also was a graduate of R-S Central High School.

He is survived by his aunt and uncle, Marie and Bob Chapman of Forest City, his aunt, Evelyn Conner of Forest City as well as a number of cousins.

A service from the graveside will be held at 11 o’clock on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, officiated by the Reverend Ted Blankenship. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.
