Charlotte Feaster McDaniel, 87 of Forest City, died Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at Fairhaven Home in Bostic. 

Born in Camden, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Charles Feaster and Elmira Connor.   Charlotte retired from Ingle’s Grocery after 26 years of service. She was a member of Second Baptist Church in Rutherfordton and the Rutherford County Senior Center.  She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Columbus McDaniel in 1985. 

Survivors include her son, Todd Ralph McDaniel and wife Cindy of Bostic, her grandson, Justin McDaniel, and Lukas McDaniel, great-grandchildren, Hunter McDaniel and Brantley McDaniel, and her sisters, Myra Yost of New Jersey and Virginia Gillman of Delaware. 

The funeral service will be held at 2 o’clock on Monday, January 13, 2025 in The Padgett and King Chapel with the Reverend Brandon Wood officiating.  Interment will be private for the family at the Cliffside Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the mortuary one hour prior to the service on Monday.
