Beryl Bailey Obituary

Beryl Blackwell Bailey, age 72 of Forest City, died Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Hospice of The Carolina Foothills. She was born in Rutherford County on February 9, 1949 and was a daughter of the late Thurman and Lola H. Blackwell.

Beryl worked for MDI Grocery Distributors as a Display Manager for many years where she retired. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church and a graduate of Chase High School. One of her greatest joys was traveling to the beach and spending time there with family and good friends.

Survivors include her husband, Glen Bailey of the home, and her sisters, Beverly Hicks of Garden City, South Carolina and Brenda Luckadoo of Forest City.

Services will be private for the family.
