Stephen Earl Hill, age 69 of Bostic, died Wednesday, September 26 at his residence. He was born September 17, 1949 in Rutherford County and was the son of the late Henry and Patricia Hill. Stephen was a retired superintendent of the Forest City water plant where he worked for over 30 years. His brothers Howard Hill and Bobby Hill also preceded him in death.
Survivors include his son, Jesse Hill of Bostic, a sister Peggy Huffstickler and husband Dean of Gastonia, a sister-in-law Mary Hill, a grandson Lucas Hill and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be held at a later date privately by the family.
