Shelia Phillips Obituary

Shelia Reece Phillips, age 53 of Forest City died Friday, November 9, 2018. She was born January 15, 1965 in Greenville County, South Carolina and is a daughter of Shirley Ann Sprouse of Greenville, South Carolina and the late Garvin Reece. Shelia worked as caregiver and CNA at Colonial Manor and was a former employee of A&E Plastics and Watts Regulator. She was also a member of M&T Ministries.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Terry Mark Phillips, two daughters, April Michelle Hubbard and husband Carl of Ellenboro, Brittany Leann Phillips of Forest City, brothers, Ronald Reece of Henrietta and Donald Reece of Forest City, sisters, Mary McFarland of Forest City, Cindy McFarland of Greenville, SC, and Linda Self of Myrtle Beach, SC. There are also three grandchildren, William Bennett, John Hubbard, and Anna Leigh Edwards.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday in The Padgett and King Chapel with Reverend Ricky Poteat officiating. Interment will follow in the M&T Ministries Cemetery on East Main Street, Forest City. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 Monday evening at The Padgett and King Mortuary.
