Sarah Clary

Martha Sarah Clary, age 88, of Woodburn Drive, Forest City, died, Sunday, February 4, 2018, a native of Gaffney, SC, she was a daughter of the late Dever Graham Clary and Myrtle Scoggins Clary; she worked for Eagles Dime Stores Inc. in Shelby and was later transferred to Spindale where she became manager and worked for 30 years. Sarah then worked at the Graham Cash Company in Forest City for another 30 years. She was a member of the Florence Baptist Church

Survivors include a nephew, Rodney Burnette and his wife Wanda of Forest City and her beloved  cat "Oreo".

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday in the Padgett and King Chapel with Reverend Dr. Bobby Gantt officiating.  Interment will follow in the Eternal Hills Memorial Park.  Visitation will be from 10 until 11 AM at the mortuary prior to the service.
