Loree Campbell

Loree “Shorty” Campbell, age 91, of Mooresboro, NC, died, Saturday, November 03, 2018, at Cleveland Memorial Hospital. A native of Rutherford County, she was a daughter of the late, George Morrow and Nancy Toney Morrow, a lifelong textile employee she finished her career with Peeler’s Rug Company in Gaffney. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roscoe L. “Buck” Campbell in 1993.

Survivors include four daughters, Nancy Plank and Mike of Shelby, Vida McCraw of Blacksburg, SC, Blanch Dixon and Bobby Hubbard of Cliffside, Bonnie Spears of Mooresboro, a son, Cecil Campbell and Tammy of Chesnee, SC, a granddaughter, Donna Padgett and her husband Jessie of Mooresboro, and several other grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1PM, Wednesday, November 7, 2018, in the Prospect Baptist Church with the Reverend Ernie Cole officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 to 1PM, prior to the service.
