Juanita McCurry Obituary

Juanita Bradford "Mary Ann" McCurry, age 87 of Rutherfordton, died Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at her residence. Juanita was born on January 23, 1932 in Alamogordo, New Mexico and was a daughter of the late Henry and Mary Augusta Wheeler Bradford. She was a homemaker and has attended Spindale Church of the Brethren.

Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas M. McCurry, and her siblings, Pansy Vassey, Lula Higgins, Lovina Wray, Andy Bradford, and Naomi Bradford Tessnear.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews including great-nephews, Joel McCurry, Mark McCurry, and Jason McCurry and many great-great-nieces and nephews including a special niece, Amy Wellmon and husband, Seth, and nephew, Travis McCurry and wife Brittany.

Services from the graveside will be held at two o'clock Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Eternal Hills Memorial Park with Reverend Dr. Garin Hill officiating . The family will receive friends following the graveside service at the cemetery.
