Glenn Rector Obituary

Glenn Foster Rector, age 62 of Spindale died Sunday, January 5, 2020 at Hospice of The Carolina Foothills. Born on March 4, 1957 in Rutherford County, he was a son of the late Kenneth and Lillian Conner Rector. Glenn was a skilled mechanic before he became disabled. Glenn was also a member of Spencer Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Matheson Rector in 2019 and his brother, Kenneth William (K.W.) Rector.

Survivors include his daughter, Lorie Ledbetter and husband Doug of Bostic, his son, Glenn Foster Rector, II of Spindale. There are seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

No formal service will be held for Mr. Rector.
