Erin Elizabeth Patton Greene, age 41 of Forest City died Sunday, July 21, 2019.

Born March 25, 1978, she was a 1997 graduate of East Rutherford High School. She loved reading, writing, watching movies, and spending time with family.

Surviving are her father, Jim Patton; her mother, Debbie Johnson Wilson and husband, Mike; two daughters, Morgan Walker and Katie Greene; two brothers, Nelson Patton and Austin Patton, and a sister Jennifer King and husband, Jeff; nieces Lindsey Shires, Harper Patton and Haven Patton.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 26, 2019 at 1 o'clock at The Padgett & King Chapel with the Reverend Dr. Bobby Gantt officiating. Burial will follow in the Cool Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 until 12:45 p.m. prior to the service.

Memorials may be made to the Grace of God Rescue Mission, 537 West Main Street, Forest City, North Carolina 28043.
