Cassandra Renee Hannon

Cassandra Renee "Cassie" Hannon, age 46 of Spartanburg, South Carolina died Sunday, July 28, 2019.  Cassie was born on September 11, 1972 in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina and was a daughter of the late Herbert Raymond Jarvis.  She worked as a Buyer & Planner for a Valve Manufacturing Company and had attended the Element Church. 

Cassie was a fun loving person and had a gift for making others laugh. 

Survivors include her mother, Sandra Butler Weeks of Ellenboro, her daughter, Samantha Earley of Forest City, her sons, Malik Hannon of Charlotte and Jacob Irby of Arkansas, three brothers, Joel Jarvis of Ellenboro, Shane Lomas and Rick Lomas both of Cornelius, NC as well as three grandchildren, Pierce Earley, Giovanni Brown and Aspen Brown.

The funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Big Springs Baptist Church with Reverend Paul Scott officiating.  Interment will follow at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Ellenboro.  The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 o'clock Thursday in the Fellowship Hall at Big Springs Baptist Church prior to the service.
