Carrie Elizabeth Morrow, age 91 of Forest City died Monday, May 14, 2018 at White Oak Manor in Rutherfordton. Carrie was born March 27, 1927 in Rutherford County and was a daughter of the late Yates and Ocena Murray Lane. She was a graduate of Sunshine High School, a member of Bethany Baptist Church and a homemaker. Her husband, Angus Quinton Morrow preceded her in death in 1978.

Survivors include four sons, Harvey Morrow of Matthews, NC, Caleb Morrow of Forest City, Aaron Morrow of Mooresboro and Isaac Morrow of Chesnee, SC, a sister, Lillian Bradford of Charlotte. There are eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 4 o'clock Thursday, May 17, 2018 at the Bethany Baptist Church with Reverend Chris Fox officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 until 4 o'clock Thursday prior to the service in the sanctuary. The family will be at the home of her son, Caleb Morrow on Big Island Road, Forest City, NC.
