Brenda Boone

Brenda Price Boone , age 71 of Ellenboro died Wednesday, February 27, 2019  at Atrium Health-Cleveland in Shelby, North Carolina.

Born October  27, 1947  in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Gurin Carl Price and Lula Fowler Price. She worked in the underwriting division with G.B. Harrill Insurance Agency prior to her retirement, was a faithful member of the Drury Dobbins Baptist Church, and loved to work in her flowers and yard.

Surviving are her husband of 42 years, Daniel Tim Boone; two daughters, , Cynthia "Cindy" Spears, and Kimberly "Kim" Hefner and husband, Chris; two grandchildren, Matthew Hefner  and Olivia Hefner.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 3, 2019 at two o'clock at the Drury Dobbins Baptist Church with the Reverend Ronald Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 5 until 7 p.m. at The Padgett & King Mortuary.
