Name: Carolyn McDaniel "Bill" Hardin Date: September 1st, 1929 - January 5th, 2010 Obituary: Carolyn “Bill” McDaniel Hardin, age 80 formerly of Oakland Road, Forest City, North Carolina died Tuesday January 5, 2010 at Autumn Care Center where she was a resident. She was a native of Rutherford County and a daughter of the late Chester and Lillian Grose McDaniel; retired from Stonecutter Mills Corporation and was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Hardin in 1993 and her sister, Jaunita Morrow and brother, George Beecher McDaniel. Survivors include her sister, Jean M. Toney and her husband W.C. Toney of Forest City and a number of nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will be held at Two o’clock pm Thursday January 7, 2010 in the Bethany Baptist Church. Visitation will be held in the church sanctuary from 1 until 2 pm prior to the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
