A native of Rutherford County and a son of the late Carl “Bud” Green and Dollie Sisk Ledbetter and worked for Hillcrest Retirement Home. Survivors include his daughter, Dolly Louise Green of Forest City, a brother, Buddy Green of Rutherfordton, and a sister, Sherry Ledbetter White of Mooresboro, and one grandchild, Abrianna Mary Green. Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 pm Monday July 20, 2009 at The Padgett and King Mortuary. No formal funeral service is planned and in keeping with Kenny's wishes, he will be cremated. The family will be at the home of his daughter, Dolly Green, 125 Big Springs Avenue, Forest City, NC.
