Name: Thomas Houser Randall Date: July 4th, 1920 - June 7th, 2009 Obituary: Mr. Thomas Houser Randall, age 88 of Mooresville, NC, died Sunday, June 7, 2009, at the Valley Nursing Center in Taylorsville, NC. A native of Gaston County, he worked as a printer for the Charlotte News and Observer and later retired from Heritage Printers in Charlotte, NC, a veteran having served in the United States Navy during WWII, and member of the Calvary United Methodist Church in Charlotte. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Wilson Randall, in 1998 and also a son, David Randall, in 1959. Survivors include two sons, Kevin Randall of Mooresville, NC, Chris Randall and his wife Alexis of Statesville, NC, two sisters, Barbara Pilgrim of Vass, NC, and Jennie Mitchell of Spartanburg, SC. There are 3 grandchildren. Services from the Graveside will be held at Two o'clock Wednesday in the Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Melita Padilla officiating.
