Name: Clarace Olivia Ramsey Date: November 8th, 1921 - April 15th, 2009 Obituary: Clarace Olivia Ramsey, age 87 a resident of Oakland Living Center died Wednesday April 15, 2009 at White Oak Manor Nursing Center in Rutherfordton, NC. She was a native of Rutherford County and a daughter of the late Leland Clifford Toney and Cludie Luvenia Melton Toney; a homemaker and member of Mt. Harmony Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Lee Ramsey, a grandson, Terry Kevin Moore and a brother, Clee Buren Toney. Survivors include two daughters, Dale Ramsey Moore and husband Terry of Forest City, and Deborah Ann Ramsey of Morganton; a brother, Coy Emerson Toney of Shelby; a grandchild Holly Moore Hamrick; and two great grandchildren, Craig Kallay and Zachary Hamrick. Funeral services will be held at Eleven o'clock Friday, April 17, 2009 at The Padgett and King Mortuary with Dr. Bobby Gantt officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt.
